Welcome to Global Vibe. I have a love of functional fashion, and design my clothing to be stylish, comfortable and long-lasting. I have designed many ranges of apparel over the years with the patternmaking aspect at the forefront of these creations. I work from home in my studio on the Coral Sea in Queensland Australia. The tropical vegetation and beautiful beaches provide endless inspiration.
Most items are made to order unless otherwise noted in the listing. If you need something by a specific time, please contact me before buying to make sure I will be able to meet your deadline! I will do my best to answer any questions promptly.

Payment

I accept PayPal payment in AUD dollars.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.”

Customers in Australia can pay with a direct bank transfer if they wish, please contact me directly if you want to use this method.

Shipping

I ship via Australia Post. I try my best to have accurate shipping rates listed but sometimes there will be a difference. If it is more or less than I have listed I will send you a request for money or refund you through Paypal. If you would like your package insured please message me before shipping. All international shipments have a $6.50 added charge for tracking…

Refunds and Exchanges

Most of my items are cut and made to order according to the size and measurements you provide. I can guarantee that your items will be as I described according to the size description. I cannot guarantee that you will like it, or like the fit. I am a one person business and try to keep my prices fair so please consider taking your item to a local seamstress before returning it.

If you are unhappy with an item please let me know within 48 hours. There is a 10% re-stocking fee for all returns. If you feel that there is a defect in some way please let me know within 48 hours and we will work it out. Must be in original, unworn condition! You are responsible for all shipping expenses.

Custom orders are non-returnable unless there is a defect in workmanship. It is always a tricky thing to do custom orders via the internet so if the fit is slightly off I will do adjustments if you let me know within 48 hours upon receipt. You pay for shipping.

Sample sale items are non-returnable.
